1. About OfficeMint Africa
OfficeMint Africa is a trading name operated by Dawakos General Contractors Ltd, a company registered in Kenya. We offer editable templates, spreadsheets, checklists, guides and related productivity resources. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Dawakos General Contractors Ltd trading as OfficeMint Africa.
2. Accepting these terms
By using this website, placing an order or downloading a product, you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our products.
3. Digital products
Our products are supplied electronically. Product descriptions state the included file formats and intended use. You are responsible for compatible software, devices and internet access. Templates are general business tools and are not legal, tax, accounting, employment or other professional advice.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed before checkout. Your provider may apply currency-conversion or bank charges. An order is complete only after payment is confirmed. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before fulfilment and will refund any payment if we cannot fulfil the order.
5. Licence to use
After lawful purchase or free download, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to edit and use the files within your own business or organisation.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly upload, share as a template library, or use the files to create a competing template product. Each purchase is for one purchaser or organisation unless the product description states otherwise.
6. Intellectual property
The website, branding, original template design, written content and downloadable materials remain owned by OfficeMint Africa or the applicable rights holder. Your licence does not transfer ownership.
7. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate checkout information, protect download links and review each template before using it. You are responsible for adapting documents to your organisation and obtaining professional advice where required.
8. Availability and updates
We aim to keep the website and downloads available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may improve, replace or withdraw products. A purchase does not include future versions, customisation or support unless expressly stated.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses arising from use of a template or reliance on general information. Our total liability relating to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly. This does not prevent a consumer from using any remedy or forum available under applicable law.
